Hi all Sorry it has taken so long to update you on this OS mapping issue.
I am now running on geoserver 2.19.1 and had BT update our proxy configuration and told geoserver to use the proxy. Geoserver then allowed me to connect, it listed the layers but when I tried to add a layer and preview I got the attached. Although it is hard to read it says Failed: wmts_x_x_x with "x" being zoom level etc. Is this likely the issue where the token is not being passed through to the OS in the tile request. I am struggling to find anything meaningful in the logs to share with you.
