I have setup maven.geotools.fr as a mirror of list.refractions.net/m2 using
"rsync" and it seems to
work. However I have done that in a test directory for now, not yet the actual
maven.geotools.fr/repository directory, because of some issues I have:

Hmm it build on my box today without any problems. I will look into
it and make try it out on another machine to make sure I don't have
strange jars or some such thing.
