I made the mistake to send the email to inform people as an answer to
another message.
Now phase 1 and 2 are ready, which means I did a first round of alignment
between 2.3 and 2.4 (on monday I will do the double check) and this is phase
1, I also did most of the code movement I was talk
So my build is not so happy ...
