[Geotools-devel] 2.4 branch created

Hi all, I have created the 2.4 branch of geotools. For those who want to continue to depend on geotools 2.4 (like geoserver) wont have to do anything. Those wanting to depend directly on trunk will have to upgrade to 2.5 snapshot. I am going to try and release geotools 2.4-RC0 in the next few
