We are having slightly different conversations.
I indicated the WMS patch was ready; we can tag 2.7-M2 at any time (I
am also not aware of any show stoppers).
I don't know what our release schedule is, until we have an idea we
won't know when to release.

Hi Jody,
how is going on with the last fixes for 2.7-M2?
Please, note that is not a TAG request, but just a status request :)
Please, let me know.
Best Regards,
Daniele

Agreed 1.1.x is not ready today. When do you think it would be ready - and does

Hi Jody,
I don't think we will actually include ImageIO-ext 1.1.x dependency on that
Milestone. (We would like to do some more testings on it before.)
Latelly, Simone did some improvements and changes on the
gridCoverageReaders/mosaic modules which we would like to get available.
What is your time
Hi Again Daniele:
I would like to see a 2.7-M2 release made; I have one issue with WMSLayer that
I would like to fix up; I am not aware of any other interesting outstanding
issues.
In terms of having a road map can I ask why you are interested in having a
Milesone available? Specifically what
We don't have a roadmap my friend.
I have stopped planning until a few more facts come to the table.

Hi Jody.
Just out of curiosity:
do you think tagging the 2.7-M2 release sounds feasible for the beginning of
the next week?
If you need assistance, I can give you a hand since we are interested in
having a Milestone available.

Okay let me try this again; it seems that there is a fair amount of development
slated for the 2.7 series that I was not aware of; and a release candidate is
premature. I would still like to tag up a milestone release at this time.
As such can I request a 2.7-M2 release.
