what I normally do is a quick log check, given the ticket number for a

+0 to both as long as flags default to false (i.e. the new behavior is
NOT enabled by default).

I would like to backport (21.x and eventually 20.x) the work done to
introduce:
* flag to disable wrapping heuristic in advanced projection handling
* flag to enable densification of geometries before reprojection
