Hmm... yeah i have been hacking the filter capabilities interfaces on
geoapi trunk. Seems someone must have done a deploy. I will commit my
changes to geotools trunk shortly.

abstract methods recently added in GeoAPI FilterFactory interface, but not yet
implemented in GeoTools. Does anyone know more about this FilterFactory

The content of META-INF has been deleted, including services
registration, which of course cause test failures. I assume that it is
accidental? I someone working on rooling back the "filterfunction" commit?
