I needed to clean and build yet one more time, down to 4 errors and
these are probably managable.

I can't get all of trunk to load and build in eclipse. I get a bunch of
probably related, errors starting with:
Project gt2-main is missing required source folder:
'target/generated-sources/jjtree-javacc'
When I try to import the directories under trunk/gt/maven
