now I am confused. Did GeoTools ever formally discuss if we were
licensing under version 2 only or under
"version 2, or (at your option) any later version."
?
I've found a module with a mix of these and don't know which was
decided.

The core modules of Geotools, those in modules/library/main all should
now read:
(C) -2008, Open Source Geospatial Foundation (OSGeo)
so congratulations to everyone for the work!
Module maintainers should all have updated their review.txt files. Let's
get to it so we can gradua
