My apologies for deleting your work. 

It would have been nice to know you were adding sections to the manual.

I'm done with GEOTDOC so please delete the old manual section so no one
gets confused, thanks.

If you want to integrate your work into the manual someday, let me know
and we can talk about crafting the integration.
