Because NAD27 (the North American Datum of 1927) is only used in zones

Why only those from "NAD27/UTM zone 3N" to "NAD27/UTM zone 22N" have EPSG code
while other zones don't have? Besides EPSG what else can be passed to
CRSAuthorityFactory?
