I would like to update GeoTools by upgrading ImageIO-Ext dependency from
1.1.7 to 1.1.8.
1.1.8 only adds a couple of metadata objects based on GDAL PAM (Persistent
Auxiliary Metadata).
Note that no changes will occur to native libraries. GDAL Version is still
1.9.2 as per ImageIO-ext 1.1
