the referencing module (and often is kind enough to review patches on his
weekend).

Thanks for the welcome! Eric Engle and I will try to feed back a few
patches, mostly related to coordinate transformations in the next
month or two. We could consider commit access later if we appear to
be competent developers and there seems to be enough to justify the
effort.
