cases?)
- I think you could ask me to remove a lot of the geoserver docs from those
pages (as I doubt they apply anymore?)

I have ported the wiki docs for arcsde (datastore and raster) and found them
very confusing since a lot of the page is devoted to configuring geoserver.
Could you review the following two pages and offer any suggestions or
corrections?
