guide on supporting a module.
And send email with any questions; some of the things may be out of
date and need fixing up.

as a preparation for the WCS EMF bindings for GeoServer, I propose to port
the gt-temporal module from unsupportded to supported since the code is
quite stable and tested. If there is the need for a module mantainer I
volunteer for this.
