I finished moving the test-data directories. The room should be clear
since revision 17482 for merging shapefile and indexed shapefile. I
updated the text explaining how to fetch resources using TestData:

I noticed the new Confluence look. I like it, thanks for yours work Jody!
I have a wish however. I noticed that URLs to content now have the
section number in it. For example:

Well it was more a case of turning off a bunch of work I had done before
