It appears the link to "geotools-bin-2.2.0.zip" is broken. Also, it seems that Geotools has gone through a lot of refactoring lately. Is there still a lot of refactoring to be done in the near future, or are the apis relatively stable now? I'm wondering if I code to the current api, will my application break when geotools 2.3 is released?
