Advice for joining chunks that fail avidemux too short

As the title, I have 3 chunks to join. Unfortunately the second one is rejected with the infamous too short message from Avidemux. I've searched around for a solution to how to fix it so Avidemux will deal with it but so far not been successful. Any advice on how to deal with this problem would

Hi, I wanted to record a couple of episodes of imagine - hadn't used get_iplayer since the olympics and found that it threw up a lot of errors. I tried to update the .pl file from 2.82 to 2.83 and that just told me that it didn't recognise the parameters such as mode and verbose etc. I then tried
