GiP v3.01 --cache-rebuild failed at line 18

Thank for the latest version. I have just installed v3.01 - all went OK. However when I tried to refresh the cache - actualy rebiuld it - it failed at line 18. I raised the same issue after installing v 3.00 - I got no response. I have now had to delete all old cache files, and start from
