I exclude regional and local programmes when refreshing the cache, but I
have just tried
get_iplayer -f --type radio --refresh-include 'radio bristol'
--refresh-limit 1
in v3.22 and I got
INFO: Indexing radio programmes (concurrent)
.................................................................
INFO: Added 293 radio programmes to cache
This is the beginning of one of the lines now in the cache.

The --refresh-limit doesn't seem to have worked, so I may have got the
command wrong. You could try rebuilding your cache. I have not seen
anything in the forum about Radio Bristol. If the problem persists you
could ask there.
