error you are receiving to correct. No one except root has write

as using a shell script (Linux, Raspberry Pi, MacOSX).
I am not a Windows User so I do not know what is available over there.

there is Audacity & ffmpeg for windows 10.
Install Cygwyn on Windows 10 and work in a Linux-like environment.
ffmpeg would be my first choice.

I refining my sample the newer video files; in the last 2 weeks, have 128 kbps.
The older the file the less the kbps.
the radio kbps is going to be whatever the video file contains.
i seriously doubt that gip would ever to able to mix and match video
quality and audio quality.
