Ampere A1 instances for builder/marge?

Hi, just to pass https://www.servethehome.com/oracle-cloud-giving-away-ampere-arm-a1-instances-always-free/ -- oracle seems to be giving some "always free" Ampere/ARM based instances. Looks like they even have some RAM and cores so perhaps they may be usable for marge/builder for arm/linux
