Since there were no other wish list proposals I just went on and
wrote to the Guile and GCC lists, soliciting talks. I didn't do
anything about the how great hackers work idea.
At this stage we can still propose new topics and invite people to
speak; but I don't think we can wait much

official invitations to project mailing lists asking if a speaker is
available.

* A talk about the new GNU/Hurd distribution and/or recent developments
