[Gimp-developer] installing plugins

Hi, I want to make my plugin, but have one problem - don't know how to install (/uninstall) plugin? I tried it with rotate plugin - I just tried to use gimptool and I succeeded to uninstall that plugin but I could not install it back. I tried to find it in manuals and tutorials but nobody writes
