Hello, sorry for write on this e-mail (not bugzilla).
In russian version hotkeys are not working by default. Even I check mark ("Use
dynamic keyboard shortcuts" and "Save keyboard shortcuts on exit") hotkeys
doesnt work with Shift+Z/Ctrl+V, but if i change language to russian (keyboard
layout)
