But as an extra option, it would be really useful. I completely agree. This is essentially the same as GEGL's or cairo's repeat modes, and don't repeat at all is clearly missing in GIMP. Please note I don propose changing the behavior of repeat None - I just consider that maybe it should have been the default in the begining, but not changing it now. Not so sure here, maybe the default should be changed.
