This came up a few months ago, along with a bunch of other stuff,
but got pushed onto the backburner.
The proposal as I recall was to have the default undo shortcut be
the HIG-reccommended Ctrl-Shift-Z. I think it's a good idea, and
would like to have that as the keybinding for 2.0. Of
