That is a misunderstanding. The undo stack stores image states so that
you can go back to these states. It doesn't store the actions performed
on an image. What you are asking for is not possible with the current
undo framework.

There is no way to manipulate the undo stack in a plug-in.  If you want to
do something
with it in the main program, please explain more about what you want to do.
