Gee! I've found yet another weirdness in this display filter box:
- Select a filter
- move it (up or down)
- click on configure
- you're configuring the wrong filter...
Now that I know well this part of code, I'm working on it.

Hi all, I needed a way to load up multiple image files to separate layers
of a single image...I thought about it for awhile but the best I could
come up with was making a list file loader (a filename per line) that
