FreeImage in GIMP

Now we could use the very very fast FreeImage (faster than Photoshop) in
GIMP. Here the plan of the authot about FreeImage:

FreeImage/FreeEffects dual license
I am planning to dual license FreeImage and FreeEffects. People can choose
between either GPL or the FreeImage license. If anyone can't live with that,
speak
