This .po file - and several others - had not been added to git
initially, and when they got added, the untracked files on docs.gimp.org
broke the build.

More simply: html display of docs.gimp.org/2.10 is not updated : I
pushed several fr po files translated: they don't appear in
docs.gimp.org/2.10/fr/
