[Gimp-user] Newbie help

I just downloaded the channel mixer plug-in, any clue on how to install it. I am running RH9, with the original RPM build of Gimp. I gunzipped and untarred it, cd to it and ran 'make', with no luck. Please excuse my ignorance, any pointers... David = Checkout the McWilliams family website @ h

[Gimp-user] Setting center point in transform/rotate info dialog

I am attempting to use the Tools/TransformTools/Transform/Rotate to rotate a layer. However, I want to control the placement of the centerpoint and the RotationInformation dialog ignores my changes and reverts back to the default centerpoint. How can I actually change the centerpoint of rotation?
