[Gimp-user] Default starting tool

Friends: I know I can affect the starting tool by selecting the Set input device settings on exit button in preferences / input devices panel, but I'd really like to have the move tool as my starting tool, without having to remember to select it every time I shut down GIMP. Is there a setting
