I downloaded the Old Stone plugin from Gimp.org, but couldn't use it, because
it complais it got too few arguments and tell me to see errorjob. How can I
make it works ?

It's going to take some serious debugging. This script is
riddled with errors. I think it dates back to an earlier
version of the GIMP, and was never updated.
Chip Away is a similar script, and may do what you want, but
if you can wait a few minutes, I'm debugging oldstone.scm
