How do I draw a circle object?
I know I can apply a stroke to the selection but I want a circle I can
change the size of.

I want to select an area that has one straight edge.
Basically to use the freehand select tool to cut out pieces of an image
that the fuzzy select won't work on.
One side is straight and the other part I can delete.

Because no one added support for multipage TIFF files to the TIFF save

I am trying to convert a multiple page PDF to a single TIFF.
I can open it in The GIMP as separate layers.
