We have had a problem attempting to install
the GIMP under Windows ME. At the very end of the installation program we
receive the following message:
A required .DLL file ICOV/1.3.DLL was not found. We are given the choice of selecting OK and when we do we are booted out of the installation. Can anyone please help? Regards
