Good morning,
I have a family tree picture that has blank rectangles and ovals in its branches
to add pictures.
What is the best way to go about doing that?
Can I select the area within the rectangles/ovals and then import a picture into
the selection and then resize the picture as needed to fil

I love Gimp. I started using it about a year ago and it is the second most used
piece of software on my computers. I often use it on two of my computers at the
same time. I do stuff with it mostly with aerial photo mosaics up to 500
megapixels - aerial photo tiles joined together with other aerial

You can use that method to remove a background only if the background is a solid
colour. Any complicated background requires other methods.
More usually it is called foreground

Yes, I did, thank you; I could highlight the letters, but didn't know how to
remove the white background. I think I forgot to hit 'cut' cause it would turn
the lettering and white box transparent

I installed this app and would like to us it. But I can't because all
the commands are in Korean. How do I change it to use English?
