There are a bunch of commands to manipulate colors by changing value of
each channel. And you can navigate inside indexed color maps too.
Can't tell you details from phone, just try search in the Procedure Browser
(Help menu).

Hello. Remap the view reset action to anything you like (Правка >
Клавиатурные комбинации). Ctrl usually enables constraint to 15 degrees.

due to rename of primary folders]
So I was able to rotate with ctrl r perhaps and the mouse the dialog
comes up. Alt H was the command I used to reset.

I know that if you press ctrl it will go in 15% increments but that doesn't
help when I'm at 0.14% rotation.
