The image is correct when I export it to jpg or png, but the text is

I haven't seen this bug on my System. But I have two workarounds for you:
1. Flatter all layers and then export to pdf.
2. Use Scribus for adding the text. Scribus has an very good PDF export.

What I'm guessing happened was I accidentally somehow created and saved the path
(*maybe by hitting some keyboard shortcut or something like that),
