yes i got the program from your website. the error message im getting now is

i have done the reinstall and now im gettin another code and its still not
opening. (gimp-2.8.exe:1000):

2. With the Run dialog open type in %TMP% and press enter (without
quotes).
3. You should now be in the folder Partha described and there should
be a
file called __gimp-2.8-run.log.
