It's the Wheel column in the Mapping matrix of the Paint Dynamics Editor. Isn't wheel the option for the airbrush pen ? The one with the little wheel on top ? I am rather talking about that pen:

I'm using Windows7 Home Premium. I'm new to GIMP. I was following one of the tutorials to get used to GIMP and I don't have a check box by the gradient box so I can use color from gradient. Here's a link to a screen shot I took.
