Hi - first time trying this, but I'm not sure if this problem is unique to me.
The buttons to react on Gimp 2.8 (I'm using Win7) with great difficulty.
Selecting the pencil, brush and zoom controls are the worst affected - if the
rectangular select is being used for example, it takes several cli
