I used the Perspective Tool on a layer in a document I was working on and it
appears to have changed all my brushes with Perspective too... How do I undo
that? I already closed that doc, restarted GIMP and launched a whole new
document and the brushes are still squashed.

When I apply the Neon Filter, it makes the borders of my selection go
outside the original borders making the image larger than the original. Is
there a way to apply this filter and keep the size of the image exactly the
same?
