However, when I test-fired the link today, just for the fun of it,
I got the following:

I would have thought that if a website address is normally secured, that https
would automatically selected
(or automatically re-directed) when someone merely types/selects an address
with www. .com
Does this mean that if one visits a normally secured address, and

thanks everyone for their answers. I was under the impression that Xsane is not
needed anymore as the scan works perfectly well with Simple Scan within the OS.
I can confirm that GIMP 2.9.5 works well with
