I have the following problem with wacom tablet and GIMP 2.8.4 (win XP sp3):
a) Can't drag the guide inside canvas image (vertical and horizontal). Mouse works well. b) Can't use Text tool (text dialog disappear when try to click on canvas). Mouse works well.
