That is correct. I erred in clicking "Add attachment" thinking I had to do that
to attach the screenshot I had already uploaded. Little did I know that the mail
user program would then insist on another attachment and not give me the
opportunity to re-attach my
When I start gimp the window gimp is in is too large in the vertical and I
cannot resize it. The lowest part of that window is buried behind my panel (even
if I hide the panel). Shrinking the horizontal dimension works fine but all
attempts to diminish the vertical dimension fail. See attached
