Hi guys, I am rather new to GIMP. I could reduce the size of an image, but I have two issues. 1. I would like to shift the image, it remained in the center of the layer. 2. I woud like to rotate it, but not with fixed angle. How can I do that? BTW, iI run it on XP, version 2.4 Thx in advance.
