I compilled gimp 2.0.4 and it works fine, but I don't have a print option.
I use a Cannon LBP4 printer and as Gimp-print does not include this
driver, I installed Cups.
But I also need to print out from Gimp applications. If I compille
Gimp-print, I get problems with Cups ( localhost:631
I am trying to use gap but I have problems with xanim. From the
addresses given by gimp only loki exists, from which I download
xanim-loki. But gimp delivers this error:

I compiled gimp-1.3.16 with gtk-2.2.1. No errors, but a message asking for gtk
2.2.1. came up. So I desinstalled 2.2.1 and compiled gtk-2.2.4.
Gtk as well as gimp dont show _any_ fonts ! The graphic frontend is on the other hand
