This may be the wrong place to ask - and forgive me in advance if it is - but...
I am looking for a color selection tool like the one in GIMP, to use for picking colors for web design. I need this for work where I use an NT machine, and I've tried to download the Windows version of GIMP in the last two days to no avail. There are some funny firewall rules in place here and such. Anyways, if you know of such a tool (not just rgb to hex - I need to be able to pick complimentary colors and such) I would really appreciate it.
