I can set the "Scale" in the "Blur" tool to set the brush size but the
"Smudge" tool doesn't have a "Scale" option.
My work-around was to select a smaller brush but what is the intended way?
A big thanks to the developers because I find The GIMP comparable to
Photoshop so far.
I am using GIMP-2.3

Why doesn't The GIMP does save each layer as a separate TIFF (in the
same file).
I am trying to convert a multiple page PDF to a single TIFF.
I can open it in The GIMP as separate layers.

I want to select an area that has one straight edge.
Basically to use the freehand select tool to cut out pieces of an image
that the fuzzy select won't work on.
One side is straight and the other part I can delete.

How do I draw a circle object?
I know I can apply a stroke to the selection but I want a circle I can
change the size of.
